We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Include all original tags

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

*Do not send items back without prior approval.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Return instructions (address, packaging, etc.)

We aim to review return requests within 2 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your item upon arrival. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.

6. Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance/sale items

7. Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest method is to:

  1. Return the original item following the return process above

  2. Place a new order separately

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at: sales@guta-tech.com


9. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Requirements:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition

  • Must include tags, original packaging, and receipt/proof of purchase

 

10. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
