Warranty Policy

We provide a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for products used under normal conditions. If you have any questions or issues during this period, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

 

Warranty Scope

 

This limited warranty applies only to the hardware components of the product and does not cover damages caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Fire or other external causes
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Commercial or resale use

*This warranty is non-transferable.

 

Replacement or Repair Terms

 

If your product qualifies for warranty service, we may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace it with a comparable product
  • Provide a refund

Note: Technological upgrades or availability may result in receiving a replacement of lower market value.

 

Any replacement or repaired product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. All returned items become our property upon receipt.
